3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one gbk33 account. If one person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is also a violation of this policy.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and contact information at the time of registration. If an account is created with false information, gbk33 may close that account at any time, and the user will be solely responsible for any resulting loss.
3.3 Password and Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify the gbk33 support team immediately. gbk33 will not be responsible for any loss arising from negligence in securing your account.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka). gbk33 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. Deposits are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
- In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, gbk33 may temporarily suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
4.4 Transaction Errors
If funds are incorrectly credited to any account due to a technical error or mistake, those funds will be considered the property of gbk33, and the user will be notified to return them without using them.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
gbk33 offers new members a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. This bonus can be received only once and applies to each account.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a 15x (fifteen times) wagering requirement. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses will be forfeited after expiry.
- A bonus applies only once per account; claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- gbk33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be withdrawn from the relevant account and the account may be closed.
- Separate terms apply to VIP program cashback and rewards.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games on gbk33 operate on the basis of a fair play policy. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface. It is each player's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game session is left incomplete due to server issues, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason:
- gbk33 will assess the situation through an investigation.
- A final decision will be made based on server logs.
- gbk33 will not be responsible for any loss caused by technical issues on the user's end.
6.3 Betting Limits

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on gbk33:
- Playing games using any kind of fraudulent activity, software, bots, or automated methods.

- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 User's Right to Close Account
